ok la，我又DDLY了

Jun hui farewell trip
当时考完第一个考试，我就开始打算要做一个farewell 了
开始召集人马，bui，bc最后整个MCP （mary 没有）
我们的jenny 想头最大，说要去genting
过后变成bc 提议的 Malacca = =
过后开始做问卷调查，
得出结果虽然大部分人都说要在 KL， 但是我们的还是决定去Malacca

由开始说要做Trip 起，我就知道，我肯定不用去了，
除了过不到自己那关、更离谱的就是妈妈那关
我也不用多解释了，你们也知道……

虽然没的去，但是好友要走了，怎样都要帮忙做点事情(虽然在后期我没有怎样帮忙)
其实，上个礼拜我真的很想说服妈妈，但是她说什么 7 月 = =
你有什么事我以后怎样？
听到这句，就懂他出 Ulti 了，说什么也没有用，那就算了……
说什么内疚 = =
不过她也对的，现在是读书的时候，不应该那么心散，我选了这棵，就要接受牺牲，
牺牲时间、牺牲家人、牺牲朋友
不是队你们去死啦 = =
只是很少时间会在一起，等多10年？ 还是15年？

上个礼拜学了 Neoplasia， 就是所谓的“cancer”
cancer 是已经会扩散的tumour （malignant），tumour是肿瘤
tumour 有 分 benign and Malignant
benign=良性
Malignant=恶性 = =
Colonic(大肠) tumour / cancer occur mostly because of inheritance. My 大舅因为大肠癌扩散到肺、肝而死，外公前几年开两次刀，是因为大肠有Malignant tumour

至于扩散的mechanism，有三种
Lymphatic（1粒cell，意外脱落进入淋巴管，然后就选一个适当的地方，落地生根）
Hematogenous（血，和上面一样。大肠会扩散到肝、肺，因为Hepatic Portal Vein，然后肺里面的血液循环很慢）
Body cavity（子宫会传到，肺、胃因为他们在Peritoneal cavity 里面）

大肠癌被一个叫APC 的gene 控制着，gene 就被两个 allele 控制，遗传来讲，通常就是一个allele “坏了” ，所以只剩下一个allele，如果那个也坏mai ，他们就发威了

我有很高的几率会中，看看我的上一代 = =
所以还是要早一点去给人“队”屎忽
还是那一句：“The new era of medicine is Preventive Medicine”

不过通常没有遗传因子的人都要在40岁后开始注意，而遗传的会早十年
注意自己的 Family History, 做所有可以预防的方法，那么就长命百岁了 = =

男性通常在40-45岁开始会有Cardio Vascular Disease， 要小心提防
女性会迟十年，因为有 Oestrogen

2 周年 特别篇

如果不是两周年、我一定不会重打！noob blogger！

不知不觉用Blogger 用了两年，事实上一年也没有打100 个post = =
明天“我的”车满月了！但是今天早上…… 我不小心刮花了！还很严重tim！

是酱的，早上去上课，Reverse 时只看后面，没有注意到家的铁门，一摆，哇！就 krak 一声
前面的fog light 旁边 就被刮到了！心痛到！！！
结果整天多闷闷不乐，心里就浮现的一首歌
“于心有愧 原来随便错手……”

不过这首歌我以后一定不可以唱，我真的不想因为我的“随便错手” 断送了别人一生……
不过，不会发生的啦……
所以以后一定要冷静冷静
“让理智在叫着冷静冷静，别恃着住年少……”
那是还“年少”吗？ = =

好像在DDLY
就像妈妈一样，
怎样呢？
本来今天，我可以出的，但是妈妈说：
“你出街还出街，不要bei我麻烦就可以咗！”

他想到了！

现在刚刚罢了，10秒前
“阿仔，你今日系不系好像出？”
“系呀！”
“gam 阿妈唔系应该很内疚lo？”
= =
“gam 你要去马六甲mou”
“唔要啦！”
“静间我应承咗人你又反口，我就yak 焦咯！”
“衰仔！”

我真的很像妈妈，想当年， 她也是撞新车，他还严重过我
因为她撞我阿姨的陈年老Van ，可以想象一个milo 罐， 撞一个…… = = 不懂什么
最后那辆 Kembara 的 Front bumper 掉下来了 = =

教授先生 不需要有人性
上个礼拜Genetics 教授 给我们抽一张纸，印着 Chromosome
要我们剪下来排美美，我就是酱好彩
选中translocation 的
他就看着我 搏命了 崩溃了 然后再 Ngai “X” no no no no ==
最后我的 Karyotype 错到没人有
我做到汗流浃背…… 还是……算了

妈的！这篇东西打了两次！dulan！

tiring week

Week 2, Phase I(a) part 2

this week is deadly, cruel
教授 先生 的确系无人性！！！
tuesday my class until 6pm, the prof gave us an assignment and we need to hand it in the next day!
so i stay there to do it until 7pm+, when i reach home it was already 8pm...

things wont end so easily, wednesday the class starts at 8am, i need to wake up at 6.50am = =
天黑到家，天还没亮就要出门了,
but this maybe one of the life as a doctor... Eat it lo...

Friday--Sunday is PC-fair
we chose to go at friday, they go for movie 1st, and keep discussing abt which movie they are watching on friday afternoon... 几惹一下

after school, on friday, we were given assignment again, after discussing it i straigt go home
i drive so fast that i didnt realise how fast am i = =

i din even change my clothes and shoe then ask mum to fetch me to LRT and rush to KLCC, when i was at convention center they ask me to walk bek to KLCC, dulan!!!

i was so tired and my the leather shoe is extracting my skin, fianlly i met them, sat a while in KFC and we walk around in Pc-fair

actually i wanted to buy a recording device but it was too expensive! and i dont know the performance...
maybe... next pc-fair?!

then we have our dinner in 相见欢 = = so gay leh this name = =

今天早上，我开开心心地去复印 PTPTN 的文件（SPM,UEC,IC……）
then 刚才 我去check status
TIDAK DILULUSKAN
deng！！！ 什么鬼哦！ 我接受唔到咯 = =
看明天舅舅怎样讲先……

Epidemiology & Public Health （流行病学与公众健康 = =，这个我考试没读也不会Fail）

昨天和你们去wet，很累（前一天只睡了5 hrs +)
但是还是很开心，我们打cs 时 好像整个CC 都在看着我们，
看到俊汇拿着刀砍死那堆MCP
我就笑到肚子痛 = =
不知道几时才会有这样的机会来这样颠、乱喊、哈哈大笑...

the pass score is actually 50, but i set myself to get 60
firstly they got technical error which makes whole class less 4 marks
58... i used up so many time, sacrifise an outing to get this score,

虽然口里一直说，及格就好，但是心里总有一条刺……
我去年被Mary那种 Kia su 深深地影响到
所以现在一直被人讲我 Kia su = =

看到我用这个开头，就懂我食粪便了
可能你看我这个post之前，最好先看看以下的video




这个video 在我考试前两晚，俊汇post在我的wall
不要像我那样被那张有 屌 字的图误导，这首歌的歌词，劲啊！
每个人考试时都应该会这样！

由于我们用7 weeks 来读别人用半年来读的东西，
然后一次过考完，相信教授们也不会期望太高，
不过： 难题目 无止境 教授先生 不需要 有人性
我们有些题目，半眼的没看过，可能因为教的人和出题的人不同...
所以就... haizzzz

我们的题型，比统考数学、化学更劲！
因为作答题没得选！有人问“Why”
教授说：“Can you choose your patients in the future?!”
这句话短小精悍！没人反驳得到
还有最畏的地方就是选择题，有扣分制
比如这个问题:
Ahbui:
A是靓仔
B是肥仔
C很自恋
D很有自信
判断 True or False
T:ABCD
F:--

ABCD各一分
可是A 错了 ，所以扣一分，我只得两分
原因：“We Dont want our future doctor to guess thing”
也是一句而已，我们就不用说话了

在说多一次，人生就像RPG
我用maple 来做个比喻，我们得空，可是scroll equipment 来 upgrade
你scroll 100%， 就中定，肯定对了！
30%，错的机率很高，而且会爆！
70%，对的几率很高，但也可能会爆！

这次的考试……
我可能会Fail，bio 没那么简单
Genomics（DNA related）没那么简单
Cell 没那么简单 （不单只是有哪些organelle）
我真的很怕，也很讨厌，这一门就好象在中华时我对美术、数学的感觉……
我真的需要用一点时间来钻研

看他喊TB喊到酱大声，我就有兴致来解释一下 Tb
Tb is the short form Tuberculosis, caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis
华文：肺结核、肺痨、咯血病（柴九死的病）
Tb patient will have empty spot on on the chest x-ray, very easy to diagnose,
we already have the Vaccine for it, the well-known BCG, but this vaccine's reliability is decreasing... but this is still the best!
The treatment of Tb require 5 types of antibiotic to prevent resistance
Tb has a cheese like necrosis on the lung............................( this far is u all can understand)

言归正传，这个Tb 去年还得我够惨，
要我生吞猪扒，结果搞到我没有宁日，贱人！
还有！几年前做一个不懂什么 Noob Remix!
不过有时我有困难时，他也会帮我的...

很清楚记得，去年今日，他整天坐立不安
第一次下课、第二次下课...
到放学前消毒的那段时间，他给人凌辱、蹂躏 = =
还有肥皂，还有刘明华拍照！
想到肥皂，我就笑到beh tahan，妈妈也骂我 sot de = =

其实我和他的事情，我都不是很清楚了，

只记得初二时候，他真的很 Dai b
初三时，和我、bc、俊汇一起dai b
总之他就是很 Dai b
还有！最记得他被 啊 chuan 抱上来的时候，那个笑声 = =

不过这条水，有时说话的语气会很重，很惹
真的想一拳两拳打他 = =
但是听到《最佳损友》其中一个会想到的就是他了……
