肠 & 胃

此时此刻，我在ponteng，可以说是在逃避，因为我的功课做得有点烂 = =
当然，功课题目也很畏！我也不想的……

肠胃不适我敢说在一年内平均每人都会经历几次，就好象远在天边的Nx

Food poisoning, 通常由几种细菌造成，
这些细菌当然有他们自己的本能、方法来弄你 oh

• Toxic Food Poisoning (1-6hrs to symptoms,toxin on food)
  
• Infective Food Poisoning (16~48hrs to symptoms, bacteria in food)
  
• Toxic + infective Food Poisoning (8~16hrs to symptoms,bacteria produce toxin in body)
  

from the history, he the onset of vomit start within 6 hrs, Toxic Food poisoning ensued,
Bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus
Food: High protein food (suspecting 鹌鹑蛋？)
Source of bacteria: Food handler carrying it

Mechanism:
从手上爬到蛋上，在那里释放toxin，就算你的Steam Boat 有几 Steam 也 steam不坏那些toxin
可以在滚水中撑30min！
问题来了！做么其他人不会中？
可能因为consume 的 toxin 量不足以致病，这可以说他很不好彩 = =

至于血，我不觉得是因为acid 造成的，应该是toxin 的反应，
那个injection 多数是anti toxin，因为细菌不能在acidic 的环境里面撑


再介绍一个和我们息息相关的food poisoning
炒饭，是我们华人最喜欢的食物之一，因为很容易煮，也很好吃
把料炒好，然后再倒饭下去，然后翻炒几下，就可以上桌了
炒饭要用什么饭才好吃啊？
不想超过一秒都知道是隔夜饭了，比较干爽，比较容易炒，炒出来也比较香
隔夜饭，酒楼都应该不会放到冰箱去gua， 放在那里让它自己干就好了，
风一吹， Bacillus cereus 就来了 = =
除了在上面繁殖，也释放toxin，当你把它们丢到锅里去炒，炒又炒不久，再加上他们遇到热就化为Spore，环境恢复适宜温度时，他们又是一条好汉了，
还有toxin 也是很 heat-stable 的
你吃下去，在胃里面它们又变spore，到了肠道他们就发威了！
Toxin 会弄到你又oh 又呕，想到都觉得high
最出名的炒饭应该是扬州炒饭，
有些酒楼会把扬州炒饭先炒好，让后放着，有人点时，就丢进微波炉，转几圈，
然后就上桌……
不过至今我没有吃过这种炒饭，好彩好彩 = =

要考试了leh，很怕很怕
因为范围，很广很广
温习时间看起来，很多很多
事实上，很少很少
考试题目可能，很难很难，
因为新来的教授，很geng很geng

上次说的那个变态女外科医生，原来在NUS教了很多年，
NUS leh！geng 不 geng？
很geng很geng
她也很变态：
“You can always amputate your patient's leg”

"Guess what may be inside the anus? I have seen an apple, a ball and even a VASE" = =
"Oh ya, Vibrator is a very common thing to leave in the intestine too, next time if you want to buy a vibrator, better ask me what size and which one you should buy and it wont stuck in your intestine"
有时候，我发觉那些医生教授，也很咸湿一下……

上课时，第一眼看到这块东西，他就问我们是什么
我就不小心讲了：“肥叉烧” = =
结果就给他用纸打了我一下
其实，真的很像leh……
