总觉得做什么都不称心，闷闷不乐
心情慢慢平复回来， 曾在FB想写一篇Note，最后觉得，在这里Publish就好了
I am a counting agent in Malaysia GE13, working in one of the polling station for P100 / N22
By 5pm, the doors of the polling stations will be closed. As a counting agent, the immediate job is to:
1) Check the booklets of the ballot paper (to finish filling up form 13, which will give an answer how many ballot paper should be in the ballot box)
* Be very careful for stamped but unused ballot paper, they must be announced as wasted votes immediately
我的课室内正有这个问题，如果我静静不出声，那堆票又有机会被滥用了！

2) At the same time, make sure the ballot box is sealed and remain untouched
3) Observe SPR workers to bundle u and count the total number of votes (Refer to Borang 13, u will know the number of votes that Should be in the box)
4) If less, the counting process proceeds; If there are extra votes, the extra votes must be traced
5) During the counting we were told to fight for votes according to a booklet namely "Buku Panduan SPR bagi Ballot yang dianggapi Ragu"
6) Mark down number of votes for each candidate
*Make sure the number of votes is correct, all the numbers must be correct and tallied and explainable*
7) Finalised the count and fill up Borang 14 (the Ketua Tempat Mengundi must sign to verify it)
[I have no problem with my KTM, he is nice and we worked together very happily]
8) Observed and witness the sealing of all used, unused, wasted votes and sign (preferably, take a photo of them)
我不知道你们有没有读上面几行，但是如果所有东西跟住程序来做，没有可能有错误、多票这些废话出现，
为什么票多了，SPR，PACA们不会发觉？！全部白纸黑字记录下来的，是有迹可查的！
所以你看到王德收集Borang 14
关于重算，每个参选人的Counting Agent只可以要求做一次，条件是胜者的票数只多输家4%
要舞弊，其实不难，把证件可是的人都收买，就可以了！
还会有下次吗？
我觉得不会吧！
不过我建议各位去试试这份差事！
对选举认识更多！更深入！
我没有后悔浪费时间、金钱、精神来参与！
